Sorrento’s slice has a couple things right with there pizza but they lack a lot in terms of quality. Sauce and the crust have good flavor but where it falls short extremely is before it ever hits a box. The pizza is extremely undercooked. The slice flops harder than any Lebron highlight reel you’ve seen. What concerns me though is the quality of the cheese as well. It leaves an unpleasant texture with the undercooked crust to give you a less than desirable experience. Had they kept the pie in the oven for another 5 minutes we may be looking around a 6.4-6.5. My advice is that there are way better slices of pizza in the valley go give those a shot before Sorrento’s.

Horribly undercooked, floppy and a pile of mush in your mouth. Sauce taste is very pleasant and not over powering. The edges of the crush that were fully cooked were great and actually flavorful unlike a lot of crusts. Can’t tell if it cheap cheese or just a product of being undercooked but it wasn’t what I’d expect for a cheese slice. It’s sad because I think if properly cooked this could be a 7.5 but if you let it go to your customers like this, this has to be the score you get.

Great sauce, lots of cheese, and a bonus for friendly staff.
