Amazing pizza, great crisp, artisanal dough that really carries this pizza, super fresh ingredients of high caliber quality. This in one of the best pizzas you’ll find on the island if not the best. When they run out of dough pizza is done for the night so get it early.

-Crust = appearance is good, but was a little doughy despite the wood oven marks -Cheese = overly thick and dense. It’s an above average cheese they use, but seems better suited for other meals rather than pizza. -Sauce = nothing special or to be desired. -Overall Impression = just an ok pizza at best. Was disappointed given how high Portney’s review and the crowds reviews were.

Unique pizza made with very fresh ingredients. Wood fire oven makes for delicious crust. Very very good but missing something to get to the elite level.

Fresh and homemade and brick oven. Though I normally agree with pres, sauce was too “can tasting.” Cheese and crust on point.

If you’re looking for fresh, delicious, perfectly balanced pizza, this is the spot. The saltiness of the mozz is balanced out nicely by the sauce, and the crust is soft yet crispy. Definitely a must try if in the Long Beach area.

Everything about this slice makes me want to call it my favorite pizza, from the smell of the wood fired oven to the fresh basil the grated parmesan finishing. This would be my ultimate Long Island pizza recommendation hands down. The only place it fell short was the under done bottom, but spin zone is that I get to heat of a slice in the oven.

Can tell it is made fresh. Good tang with the sauce. Fresh mozz and a little green.
