South Town Apizza

nice and crispy re-bake on this NY looking ‘Apizza’ but i still enjoyed it. wish the sauce had more presence taste-wise.

Best Pizza in Southington. This is really close tasting like Fuoco in Cheshire. Great taste, no flop and always get it well done!

Excellent pizza. Also ordered the Angry Pepperoni which was very good.

Very good quality pizza, definitely the best in Southington hands-down. Comes very close to a New Haven style pizza. Great crust, gets crispier with each bite until the crust. Doesn’t quite have the char and taste of a New Haven pie, but still a great pie regardless.

Sometimes the "A" doesn't mean go. Sub par slices around 1:30pm on a Tuesday. Maybe a full fresh pizza would have scored better.

Better than I expected. Good thin crust. A little more char and this is mid 7s. Pretty good crunch and decent sauce. Bonus wing review….the wings were finished in the pizza oven, giving an excellent crunch. Very different than a usual wing but I really liked them. 8.2 for the interesting wings.

Crust is crispy and chewy which is great, good amount if pepperoni, cheese is yummy and sauce is good, too. I could eat this often. Try their godfather pizza if you’re looking for some sweet and spicy different kind of pie!

I’ve never left a rating or review and I just had to for South Town Apizza. I had to simply due to the disrespectful low numbers… I’ve had pizza from all over and as a Brooklyn boy I’m rating this pizza as one of the best I’ve ever had. The Sauce alone is out of this world. Good job South Town. Also recommend their meatballs with that fresh ricotta.

Crisp and flavors are immaculate. Wish the pizza sizes were bigger though

When I see Apizza I think coal fired pizza. Crust tasted like frozen pizza crust. Very nice people who work there for what it’s work. Pizza was ok

As far as one bite goes, that’s all it takes to eat one slice of this pizza. Very small slices. With that being said, I love the thinness and crisp. Maybe a touch over done, but the crust is not horrible quality like most CT places. Good flavor. Toppings are a little weird, but other than that, I was left satisfied.

It’s okay at best. “APIZZA” is a gimmick; it’s just pizza. Basic, sloppy, floppy, salty, subpar ingredient pizza. Not impressed.
