With this being the first Neapolitan, and Dave giving it a basic score, I didn’t have much to say about the true Italian pie. Then I had it folded. What is literally a wallet of pizza, the “Portafoglio” Margarita was stacked of cheese, sauce, and incredible bread. Sure most Neapolitans taste pretty sinilar, but its pretty hard to find really good Neapolitan like this in Chicago. Solid date spot I agree Dave.
