Spare Time Pizza

Very greasy. Needs more flavor. Crust was too floppy and not crispy enough. Tasted okay but other local spots with this style of pizza are better.

Nothing special. Serious flow and sadly, no crisp, not my style

We ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. The default pizza for them has “onions”. We ordered no onions on the cheese side but it had onions. The onions were flavorful but a bit too strong considering we didn’t even order them. We all actually preferred the peperoni. The crust was a bit floppy but had a nice texture around the edges. The pizza is very greasy. The grease left in the box after the pizza was consumed was insane. Overall not a bad pie but not my favorite.

Alright Frankie, I’m not really a fan of Sicilian Pizza but I won’t let that sway my opinion on this pizza. There was some flop with a substantial amount of dough in the crust but with a crispy bottom. I liked the onions and cheese mix of flavors. The sauce was sweet yet I feel it needs more of it. All in all it was good pizza.

Rookie score, I know. But it was a solid slice. Not usually a big fan of Sicilian, but this pizza had good crisp without being too fried. It also had a good sauce to cheese ratio, with the sauce slightly on the sweeter side.

You would never expect this good of pizza at a old time bowling alley but here it is. Also check out the Chicken Wing. That’s an easy 8+ pizza. It’s absolutely phenomenal.
