Grandma and Sicilian. Love the crust of the Grandma. Buttery and oily crisp crunch. Savory sauce with a basil and oil blast. Cheese is rich and buttery. Sicilian dough is straight focaccia in the pan with a higher hydration. Light and airy allowed to proof with some tomato sauce. Nice whole milk mozzarella shredded for the top with the same savory sauce. Pillowy and soft with a tiny cracker crunch from the bottom of the oiled pan. Grandma - 7.7 Sicilian - 8.1

Nice and clean pizza shop. The slice was lacking in flavor mostly be cause of the lack of sauce which was very good on the Sicilian slice.

All great slices. Brooklyn was the best. Good sauce on all of them. Sicilian could have had a little more cheese. A little flop to them except the Sicilian. A little greasy.
