Good crisp, soft but crispy

They apparently do a Detroit style on Thursdays which I have to try one day, but their sicilian is ok. I ordered the cheese and one with a bunch of different toppings on it including thin sliced bacon, pineapple, and jalapeno . The one with toppings was better because of it.

This pizza had excellent flavor and was very fresh. Charred to a crisp and very light and fluffy. Surprised it didn’t have more cheese, though considering the name of the place. I will go back.

Another good pizza from here. I went back because I was feeling off about my review last time. They were out of the slices so we got a pie. Pretty good pie. Good flavor, nice crunch. Down side to me was pretty greasy and to much sauce. The undercarriage was super nice this time. Not a big tavern style guy. But overall can’t go wrong with them.

Seems to have it all, well done, crunchy and chewy, but slightly burnt and a very slight aftertaste in the crust. Very strong crust.

Pretty solid. A little chewy for my taste. Good little ronis.

One bite everybody knows the rules! Favorite Za in Long Beach. Fresh Burrata is a game changer, def a must when ordering!! Sourdough bread thin and crispy. Cooked to perfection.. 8.3 that’s a review!

Alright Frankie! One Bite, Everybody knows the Rules! Really good pizza, great under carriage. It’s sourdough so more bread like dough, but delicious flavor. Definitely recommend.
