Small cheese pizza, 9:00pm on a Friday, $9.56
Pros: Sauce was good on some slices, a few bubbles here and there
Cons: A cheesy, fluffy pie. Thick layer of lightly colored mozzarella that resealed itself after being cut up so it was difficult to tear off a slice without losing the cheese.
Verdict: Feeling a bit weighed down after eating that hefty small pie. It was good in some parts but soft in chewy in all parts, even the crust - which had some browning to it, but never had real crunch. This is a Brazilian Pizzeria, like another I recently reviewed in Danbury. I'm not entirely sure what distinguishes them from Italian pizzerias but whatever it may be, I'm sorry to say I'm not a convert.
