Spinning Dough

Came in on a Friday evening and it was surprisingly empty. This place has been making the rounds on TikTok due to their viral Ube pizza. Not located in a great area but parking was plentiful. Pizza came with a lot of cornmeal on the bottom, on the brink of distraction. The crust was really thin which was awesome. Garlic infused crust was a nice touch. Solid undercarriage. Not greasy at all. Overall an awesome pie. Just felt that it lacked a little punch. Maybe needed some salt.

Alright , here we gotta large pepperoni. Cheese was there ,good and flavorful. Sauce was sweet tangy and fresh tasting. The dough was nice and thin and had allotta flop, alot. I like more of a crisp in the undercarriage, though it was holding its own, thin and durable, I'd try it again and request well cooked or xtra crispy. And with all my reviews The value of a dollar Is always considered. ONE BITE.
