Stagecoach Pizza Kitchen

This was a surprisingly great Artisan half moon pizza in almost the middle of nowhere. The crust was thin but, crisp with good stone fire crunch. Toppings were generous and good.

Not great, not terrible. Nice undercarriage. The outside pieces were crispy, center pieces were floppy. Weird half moon shape…it’s whatever.

Half moon shaped pizza, interesting. Good stuff, best pizza I’ve had in Chimney Rock! Pro tip, dip the crust in the beer cheese.
