Stelio's Pizza

#283. I did not think this would last 2 bites judging from the outside. However quite shockingly this was a damn good slice especially for its location. Zero flop. Zero grease. Cheese was decent. Sauce just average if was better this would be a high scoring slice. Nice crisp throughout and nice crisp to the crust . Thin slice also. Nice job to this place I would love to try a fresh pie. $2.50 for slice

Ya know, after you’ve eaten pizza at over 100 local spots, you start to get a feel for a pie that’s made with “love” and those that are just making pizza. Unfortunately, Stelio’s just didn’t give me a good vibe. A very plain slice....lacked flavor, lacked character. There’s just too many places close by that are dishing out great slices. This is definitely not 7 material...not even close.

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. The cheese stays on the pizza nicely and doesn’t slide off. The bottom of the pizza was the best part; crispy and had little bubbles covering the entire length. I also liked how they cut the pizza into 6 slices. Sauce could have been a little better and the location is shitty, but descent pizza
