Picante is great! The other one was meh. So this is more of an Italian style pizza, so obviously I'm not exciting a NY slice. The thing I was disappointed about was the amount of cheese. Usually in these styles, they use fresh mozzarella which is way wetter than the low fat mozzarella of American pizza, and consequently they use less cheese. This place does not do that, which led to a soggy pizza with toppings sliding off. I'm really surprised with the bib gourmand rating of a place that can't get that right

Neapolitan style, super floppy, the cheese is undercooked, the tomato sauce is nice and fresh and tangy.

Strong crust, at first I thought it would be too doughy but it was great. Would’ve liked a crispier bottom. Sauce had good tang and spice with the pepper. Wife said she wanted more cheese.

Very good pie, not great. Quality ingredients, good taste. But too floppy, not cooked enough in the center. 7.9.

One bite. Everybody knows the rules. Good crisp. Great-fresh tasting- ingredients. Really good vibe in the place. That’s a review.
