Steve's Pizza West

the pizza was upper mid. i asked for it well done and while it was piping hot when i got it, the toasting factor was unremarkable. high grease. great hearty and crispy undercarriage, unflavorful crust. sauce had a unique flavor undertone to it… like cardamom but there’s no way it could be cardamom.

Big ass slices. Doughy but pretty good. Definitely a football pizza.

Poor flop, but excellent service. Sauce and cheese are good.

Average pizza! Might add for crispy finish next time.

Nice pie, sauce has a touch of sweetness but would have liked it cooked a bit longer for my taste and see a bit of that char on top.
