Sweetwater Cafe

This is wood fired pizza out of a food truck. This pizza was okay. My pizza felt like it should have been left in for a couple more minutes because the crust really needed to be crisped up as it was very floppy and the lack of crisp gave the crust a pita like texture. The cheese was good but not great and the sauce was slightly below average. Just ok pizza.

8" 4-cheese pizza. It's a bit salty for me, but expected with 4 different cheeses I would say. Hoped for a more crispy crust. But overall, flavor is good. Mom n pop (very nice) pizza truck.

Not much here Frankie...wood fired pie with nice crust but just not much taste...people super nice...this is a wood fired pie from a food truck.
