Switch Brick-Oven Pizza & Wine Bar

Definitely a 10 if I was scoring just for Palestine but I underestimated the crunch on this one. Was a little bit on the greasy side so I feel like a 6.9 is fair.

It’s the best Pizza in the town of Palestine. If I were judging strictly in this town, it would be 9.1. However, that a lot of pizzas to compare it too. I feel a 6.7 is a fair rating when looking at pizzas overall. It’s light, crispy, and the sauce is smooth. Definitely recommend it. The size of the pizza is small, I would maybe give it a higher rating if it was a little bigger, but overall not bad for a brick oven pizza.

Decent crisp but not much else going on.

Really good pizza. I cheated and asked for well done but from the looks of others it was not necessary. Crust crisp, thin and tasty. Sauce was tangy not sweet. Pepperoni was good. Good basic quality pizza. Wine was a bonus.
