I wrote out a huge review for this place and then i didnt have enough service to post it.. i hate that. Anyway, first person to review Giuseppe’s. Usually when a place has 0 reviews it’s garbage, but this was a very solid pizza spot. I’d like to call it thin crust, but it’s not. It is thin in the center, but consistantly gets thicker until you get to that puffy outer crust. The dough was great, slight crisp to every bite. The sauce was tomatoey, fresh, notes of basil, and super tangy. I usually like a sweeter sauce and this is far from that, but its still really good. The cheese was a little salty but not enough to dock it in points. Their was a very good amount of cheese, i wish there was a little less but i think this amount would suit most people. Wasnt very greasy either. Seems to be some real ginny shit right here in Keeseville. My friend got an Italian Sub and he claims it might of been the best he’s ever had in his 47 years of living, but he’s Irish, so if its not corned beef and cabbage i dont really trust his palate. So for what it’s worth, i hear they have good subs. Come give it a whirl.
