The preparation of the slice was a 10. It was cooked to perfection, the undercarriage was ideal, the thinness was spot on. However, apart from the crust there was no crisp and I felt like sauce was absent. Still they use quality ingredients and that’s what kept the score in 7s. I will say… the specialty slices looked amazing.

The hype is REAL! Outstanding! Really good crisp crust. Cheese was delicious, and many great choices to choose from. Pepperoni was better than cheese, but splitting hairs.

absolutely amazing. best in massapequa. great flop, great undercarriage, crust could’ve been slightly less crispy, that’s the only note.
