Taglio Pizza

Taglio Roman-style pizza is seriously excellent. From the dough to the sauce, everything is packed with flavor. I tried the vodka slice and what I believe was a grandma slice, and both were really good. The vodka slice was definitely the standout for me — rich, flavorful sauce with great dough and a really satisfying texture. It was a little more burnt/charred than I personally prefer, but the flavor was so good that it didn’t take much away from the experience. I came all the way from Rocky Point to try Taglio, making it a planned stop on my way home from Pennsylvania, and I’m glad I did. Definitely worth trying, especially the vodka slice. 🍕🔥
