I went with their specialty flat bread style(what I call it because similar to what you get if you order flatbread as appetizer at a bar or restaurant) Crust was very crisp, but not super thin. I liked the chunky sauce which was tangy and the cheese was great.

Very unique place and slices. Flavor follows suit. Good crunch and bite each time. Sauce is on point and can tell it's made fresh. Def worth a try and you can even hit the train.

This slice was awesome!! Looked like the cheese to sauce ratio was going to be off but it wasn’t. Perfect amount of crisp and the ingredients you could tell were high quality. The real reason you should come here is the specialty slices, matching 9.4’s for the vodka square and cbr square

Best slice I have had in a long time. Perfect sauce, perfect crispy and soft crust, no flop, great undercarriage. Met the guy, he seems to know what he’s doing. Had the margherita.

Look at that crust??? Found this gem of a place where regular slice meets brick oven. Be prepared, the slices are huge and very filling. I was done after one, but went in for 2. Very floppy and tasty. The killer is the crust at the end. Super crunchy, well done and has a very specific taste to it. It’s cooked like a brick oven pie and tastes like one too, but has a regular slice appearance. Just made my top 5 list!!! Enjoy!!

Didnt expect this. Long Island has a lot of great pizza. This roman take on a NYC slice is about as close as the two can be.think crispy crust, zero flop. Delicious sauce, not sweet but very flavorful. Top notch mozzeralla and a bottom ever so slightly burned to perfection .

Fresh ingredients. Nice airy but crispy crust. Nice crunch factor. Pepperoni cupped nicely. Cooked Medium/Well. The sauce is perfect. Not too sweet or acidy. Delicious!

Regular: really good undercarriage. Dough is amazing. Perfect sauce to cheese ratio and they are delicious. 8.7 Buffalo pan: no need to get into the dough its perfect. Chicken is moist and tastes delicious along with the sauce. These are not your average pepperonis that most pizza places have. These are quality pepperonis. If you try them, you will see for yourself. 8.9 Roman: wow!! The dough on this one is spectacular! The caramelization on the coners tates so good, A long with the sauce and cheese this slice was over truly over the top. 9.3

The slice looked better then it tasted. It had very little flop and a decent crunch but it was a little greasy. The sauce to cheese ratio was good but the sauce and cheese were average. An overall average slice. The square with pepperoni and ricotta was better and very fluffy. I would of scored that one a 7.8.

Amazing Roman-style pizza. Light & airy with a crunchy bottom. My favorite was the pepperoni at 8.6, but all the other slices were equally awesome. I also tried the very good regular d sad slice pizza at 8.1. (It was a better slice than what’s available at most places on Long Island.)
