Taglio Pizza

I really wanted to like this one more. The eye appeal and creative ingredient combinations are done really well, but unfortunately for me the flavors were just good, not great! I still recommend giving them a try, maybe you’ll think differently!!

Probably the prettiest lookin slice I’ve seen on the island. Rivals any spot in Nassau or Suffolk county. I’m ever taking LIRR into the city I might get off the train at minneola just to house one of these bad boys . 🛑 🚆

Shoutout renzbadabing, place is class, they use caputo flower the best of the best, this slice is light on its feet like like tyreek hill, just no domestic violence ayooooo 👉🏻👉🏻

Dave must have gotten a pie that was in the box too long. Wife and I come here and eat in the car on a busy Sunday night. Always great pizza. Good crust and the cheese sauce ratio is solid. Overall one of the best on LI. Taglio’s and Dario’s the LI elite in my opinion.

Really good pizza. Better than expected. Good cheese, sauce and crust. Very good. A little more crisp is the only thing I’d say. Otherwise, absolute gas.

Good Pie…place had a great vibe. Wish i tried the Roman. Quality all around.

Closest to Louis and earnies I’ve had on LI. Undercarriage class great sauce and cheese and it’s as thin as Margot Robbie on ozempic

What a shame that Prez got a soggy slice, because this style cold is a definite hit to the score, no doubt. My slice was hot out of the oven and was excellent! It did lack a little crispness, but the flavor was on point, the undercarriage and char was a 10 , with a crust that was perfect.

Enjoyed these slices a lot. Very fresh (possibly bc I was the first customer of the day). Sauce was good, and little dollops of cheese added some good variety to each bite. Fluffed crust with a charred flavor. A Long Island elite

This place specializes in Roman style square pizza. A lot of variety with toppings but a good spot if you’re looking for slice with just sauce and cheese as well. The regular square really won me over. Fresh ingredients with a nice crunch on the crust. If you prefer a regular slice I’d check this place out as well. Scored the regular a 7.7

So wasn’t impressed with the slices here. Maybe got a bad pie? Happens from time to time. Will say I did like the crust a lot but wasn’t enough to make up for the rest. Still pretty decent in the end. As for the Roman square slice that was just not my cup of tea. Closer to a 5.4 imo.

After seeing Rob win on the Pizza episode of Chopped, and happened to be working in the area, i had to stop in. Very modern pizza spot, tons of choices, and a type of pizza i have never had before. The "Roman style pizza" is absolutely worth a try. They didnt have any pieces without toppings, so i grabbed a sausage and pepperoni slice. Absolutely delicious. Sauce is amazing, cheese is fresh tasting and the perfect crunch to chew on this style. Parking is impossible here, but absolutely worth a stop in

Very unique place and slices. Flavor follows suit. Good crunch and bite each time. Sauce is on point and can tell it's made fresh. Def worth a try and you can even hit the train.
