Pizza Review
As a New Yorker that just moved to Memphis, I’m still looking for comparable pizza. But most people in Memphis also should not look for good BBQ in NYC. The ingredients here are beyond fresh. Good sauce (sweet and tangy), and a quality dough. The crust was very thick, not what I expected from a wood fired pizza place. The pizza was overloaded with cheese. Half the cheese and half of the dough, but the same diameter, would have put this pizza in the 8s. The 6.3 was given due to the pasta dish of Bucatini Marinara. I give the the pasta a 9.2, very good.
