Tazza Kitchen Trenholm Plaza

Mild char, heavy flop. Quality meat.

The crust is charred and crispy just as I like it. High quality fresh mozzarella. Creative specialty pies. Can’t go wrong here. I would say that it somehow doesn’t quite live up in taste to how good it looks.

Everybody knows that you start with a 6.8 with a fancy pie and move the needle from there. This one unfortunately didn’t move it for me. 6.8, is what it is.

Phenomenal crust, a tad bit greasy, not bad for a Margherita pizza
