Ok , we are at THAT ITALIAN PLACE -> (pizza review time jan 16th 2:30pm)... as we wind down our West End pizza reviews we are knocking off the last of the places that we had on our list and this place was definitely one of them Frankie-> so we came all the way out here-> it’s January-> it’s cold -> it’s Canada -> one bite everyone knows the rules -> Their traditional home style cooking with all the flavours of home right to your table. Whether you’re dining in, ordering out, or letting them cater for you ? You are sure to make friends is their Motto-> one bite everyone knows the rules-> and btw it did make us smile Frankie-> fresh ingredients explode in your mouth like nothing we’ve tried in Brampton -> this Pizza truly has a touch of modern flare combined with old school quality—> Experience the Excellence—> we tried the classic cheese New York Pizza -> Sauce was a super fresh sweet sauce —> and oh so light —> really compliments the dough -> little thicker —> cheese was fresh and stringy -> the undercarriage had perfect char -> it did have mild New York flop ... (some would call The sauce a little light on the garlic Frankie - I wouldn’t - some would - I wouldn’t)... but that’s not a complaint —> and no need to deduct points for that Frankie—> we do honest reviews and we bite em’ and score em’ (1 to 10 / one bite / everyone knows the rules / bite it / score it -> 1 thru 10 ->) THAT ITALIAN PLACE ~> 8.1 (professional score) this Pizza was so fresh and good we ate the entire pie -> then we went back in and ordered another one for later —> it’s that good —> and we will be back again 100% -> 8.1 that’s a review!
