Alright Frankie we are at ‘That’s Italian Ristorante’ (pizza review time June 19th 1:30pm)... They are known for their Authentic Italian dishes, coupled with some modern twists, that’s what you’ll find at That’s Italian Ristorante. Whether you’re in the mood for mouth-watering pastas, gourmet pizzas, succulent veal and chicken dishes, or if you’re simply craving a fresh, tasty salad, they’ve got something just for you - their food is made fresh each and every day. Offering a variety of dishes including a number of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Don’t see something on their menu? No problem! Simply ask and their chefs will do their best to accommodate.... so of course we ordered the basic cheese pizza ... one bite everyone knows the rules... Sauce was homemade with a light garlic kick ... undercarriage has minimal char but the overall char was on-point ... it did have zero flop and crust had perfect crisp - we judge them 1-10 -> one bite -> everyone knows the rules / bite it / score it -> 1 thru 10 -> did we mention the cheese was very fresh and the dough bubbles we perfect? ... it started as a 7.9 but the score just kept going up as we kept eating and this pie is definitely tied with Remezo in Scarborough at 8.2 (professional score) That’s Italian Ristorante! Takes about 35mim to get a pie - staff is rude as shit and my pie was left on the counter for a long time and the lady was preoccupied typing in another order when finally five minutes later her colleague came over and cashed me out ... imagine we got our pie fresh? this thing could’ve been in the 9s —> but even though the staff sucks —> this pizza is absolute perfection and we won’t let horrible weekend staff effect the review ... the other reviewer gave this place an 8.2 and we couldn’t agree more ... we couldn’t stop eating it —> with each next slice being better than the last -> until it was all gone ... That’s Italian Ristorante... little bit off the beaten path ... so not sure if we will be back but we would recommend this pizza to anyone... it’s absolutely perfect - staff sucks... ... 8.2 that’s a review!
