First visit to the Artisan Pig. Went with the Pig Pile. Great tasting pie. Quality of the ingredients was evident. Good amount of toppings. A little greasy and a little flop to be expected, but the taste was there. Pizza has a pretty thin crust and the edges do have some crunch. Not quite a Neopolitan, but not a NY style either. Some what of a hybrid. Good amount of sauce and cheese. I do always add a little red pepper flake and parmesean. Worth the trip. Did wash it down with a delicious cider they had on draft. Street Parking available, but limited, so grab the 1st available. Call ahead or check their social media in advance they were closing early for a private event.
