Good za, little hoboken flop and some grease but good taste, crispy crust. Nothing spectacular but also very solid.

Football pizza. Nice crisp. A little bit of flop. Cheese is good. Sauce is a little on the sweeter side

Flavor pretty good but man, talk about a floppy, greasy mess. Once it cooled, it held together enough to eat. Too much cheese. Throws the ratios off way too much.

HEAVY oregano, no flop, good crunch, crust so crunchy/dry it falls apart after biting

Super crispy. Great crust. Great undercarriage. Sauce was HEAVY oregano but I fck with it. Good cheese no drip. 7.4.

Paper thin chessy and greasy don’t taste the sauce

Hoboken pizza is the closest NJ gets to NY pizza because when you think about it, they pretty much share the same water. NYC water is a key ingredient in good pies and Hoboken water has a similar effect on the dough and breads made there. From the eye test, this looks really good. Smoothly melted cheese with a nice sauce ratio atop dough that looks fairly crispy and delicious. Unfortunately, all that didn’t translate into a great taste. While the cheese is thick and gooey with a fantastic consistency, the sauce is terribly bland, lacking in any real flavor. Actually, the sauce might as well be nonexistent on this pie because you can hardly tell it’s there. The dough feels and tastes undercooked with practically zero crisp and is shockingly flavorless, leading me to believe it might not be made with Hoboken water. This is a very basic, borderline mediocre pizza with lots of room for improvement. Sauce needs a big kick with some spices and dough needs lots of crisping and then maybe we’re talking low 7s. But as it stands, this pie is a very unsexy 6.9, nothing special.

The Brick is def top 5 pizza spots in Hoboken, and their Marg pie is #1. I dont even typically rate marg pies and this one is killer. Awesome crispy crust, good flavors, nothing bad. I like how they shred the basil instead of big leaves. Solid!

Interesting mix of spices and blend of different cheeses. Might of been parmesan

Great crunch!! Ok cheese and crust.

A bit greasy small flop but a good slice. I’d recommend the margarita slice before going plain.

Good but forgettable. Like literally have already forgotten about it for the most part.

Decent pizza. Not going to wow you, not going to overly disappoint. It’s the type of pizza you eat as you are having a conversation and it sort of just unnoticeably disappears. Run of the mill ingredients, decent flop, solid crust action. I wouldn’t bother waiting on a line but in a pinch it’ll get the job done. A very average 6.1 - that’s the review.
