The Crafty Chameleon Brewery and Pizza

I ordered a supreme pizza from crafty chameleon brewing company, along with a few beers. It's a hot day in march, so I figured it was the perfect day to stop in for lunch. The pizza comes in one size, which is about a large, and this one cost $21, which is reasonable. While it is very floppy and greasy, the outer crust has a nice char. The ingredients are decent quality, and there is plenty of cheese and sauce. Overall solid brewery pie that compliments their wide range of beers.

This is a pretty good pizza. Mushrooms and peppronas are great and lots of cheese. Sauce is bland. Great char but still really floppy which is odd. Overall it’s good…the brewery has pretty damn good beer so it’s a plus

A fun place that makes individual sized Neopolitan pizzas. I had heard good things about this restaurant and the pizzas in the photos I had seen, looked pretty good! I’ll admit that Neopolitan pizzas are generally not my favorite and I often judge them by their crust and not the toppings or sauce, which are/is often skimpy on these types of pies. I personally found the crust a bit “spongy” and under baked with very little crisp or crunch. I tried 4 or 5 different pizzas and felt the same about each. I also didn’t find the different sauces or toppings distinctive or especially memorable either. I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and they seem to be running a good business! Just not one of my favorite pizzas.

Solid pie. Thin but not crunchy thin with the exception of the crust. Total pie not too light or heavy. It’s a good balance between thick and STL thin. They make their own sauce which is very good. The pizza pies are good here.
