I ordered the Grandma Traditional pizza with mozzarella and sweet onion sauce. The sauce is the star of the show—a sweet, flavorful bomb with just the right blend of spices.
My only issue was the cheese. There was a bit too much of it, and once the pizza cooled, it hardened up. Cheese lovers probably won’t mind, but I thought it overpowered the sauce a little. I also would have liked a bit more sauce overall.
I’m not sure if it’s on the menu, but they should consider offering a tomato pie. With a sauce this good, you really don’t need the cheese. It’ll be a big hit!
