Incredible pie. Great people, great atmosphere, and great ingredients. Spectacular construction of the pizza. Loved every second of crunching into it. Bacon tasted like it was freshly made, so fresh that the pig must’ve been slaughtered in the kitchen no more than an hour before i was served. Eating here was more than just good food, it was an awesome experience.

It is a decent pizza but never in the 8’s. Low hydration dough, not a very well fermented.

Bonus review best pie on the menu, Mother Theresa good crisp, light, delicious.

Nicely cooked pizza with crisp and a good undercarriage. The simple tomato sauce goes a long way. A little too much pepperoni; otherwise, a very good pizza.
