Wonderful service but the place was not very clean altogether. Pizza needed to hangout longer in the oven. Ingredients were fresh and sauce had good flavor however just not cooked long enough.

Ordered pizza for take out. Was told it would be ready in 35 minutes, arrived 40 minutes after order was put in, was told my order was not even ready to be put in the oven yet! Piss poor customer service and they just lost another patron!

Little different than previous Hickory Pizzas I’ve had...what happened to the curled up pepperonis?? Great flavor though! 8.8! Beats out Giordanos for first place...
