Good flavor overall. Good undercarriage. Pepperoni cups were good. But sausage cups? (Gotta crumble the sausage!)
It was odd because it had a good initial crisp, but then it was kind of chewy. I love that the cheese goes to the edge. But the ricotta that looked like it was squeezed out of a tube was not a good look. Gotta be glops of ricotta!Made it look like white caterpillars which barely had any flavor.
7.8 was very fair by Portnoy.
Service was also minimal. Inattentive bartenders. Took them a while to even recognize I was there. Never asked me once how the food was. Didn't ask if I wanted another drink or refill my water.
Making those improvements could bring it up around 8.1
