Wood fire personal pies. Very thin crust. Had a nice flavor to the pizza. I felt that the dough was a bit too stretched out and it didn’t cook as fluffy which was my only drawback. Pro tip: they make a killer ricotta cheese with honey. When you get to the crust, dip it in the ricotta cheese. Tastes excellent (didn’t add to the score though)

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside is some incredibly delicious personal sized pizza. A little fancier than your regular Brooklyn slice,this spot has some incredible specialty pies. Can’t go wrong with the plain cheese pizza either.

To be fair, this was the Artichoke Pizza, so the prep may be different. The crust had a delicious burnt taste to it, which was about the same great consistency you experienced for 1/3 of the pizza. Unfortunately the other 2/3 of the pizza was oily and soggy, making it difficult to eat without a fork. The artichokes tasted a little too jarred, but the cheese flavor was very good.

I’m not the biggest fan of personal pizzas, they usually lack sauce or cheese due to their smaller size, so I was a little skeptical going in, but this wood-fired brick oven pie was absolutely delightful! Thin, light & airy with a lot of flavor packed into each bite. Most wood-fired pies I’ve had have been lacking in crispness and usually have a soft & chewy texture, but this pizza maintains tremendous crunch with a deliciously crispy crust. The sauce is very unique, not your typical red tomato paste, it’s more of a lighter vodka sauce with a fantastic blend of spices and fresh basil to really bring out the overall flavor. The cheese is also a really great mix of bufala mozzarella & Parmesan, so creamy, it melts in your mouth. The only real knock against is that it doesn’t travel particularly well, best to eat on site. Other than that, a really pleasant surprise; I just wish they made this pizza in a larger size!

I was very surprised by this pizza I took a shot on it with low expectations. Let’s talk about the area first. Very boujee even the place is not your typical pizza place. $22 for pepperoni you gotta think your a top 10 pizza in ny but it is what it is. The flavor was so different then you get on any pizza. It’s almost got a hot or spicy kick to the It. Crust was cooked perfectly Overall a small pizza that is light and tasty - way over priced

Heirloom tomato pizza had great tomatoes, quality balsamic, good cheese, and perfect crust (no flop)

Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients. Definitely on the fancier side of the pizza spectrum, not a pie that you would pick up on a Sunday to watch some football, but definitely a pie that you would on a nice date. Pizza has some good crunch sounds to it, not too doughy. Wouldn’t travel it for it but definitely worth checking out if you’re in the neighborhood.

I think Dave let the celebrity Jim Cramer affect his score. The pie was was light and smoky but the toppings came across as bland. Awesome looking oven and a nice looking restaurant.
