Best Detroit style pizza in the country….hands down. This one is the death by pepperoni.

Little greasy. Overall outstanding pizza (by Florida standards). Good crunch. Nice undercarriage. Service was outstanding. I’d definitely recommend,but by NY pizza standards I’d give it a par.

Detroit Style(Death By Pepperoni) - 8.4 El Diablo - 8.4 Margherita(One Dave Reviewed) - 8.1 I personally like more flavorful pizzas so the El Diablo really took a high score for me. The spicy, sweet, combinations really complimented each other. Incredible pizza. For some reason the crust of the El Diablo and Margherita(same pizza just went half and half on it) were too chewy and tough. Hopefully that is not normally how they make them. I scored how i think they would be if the crust was normal.(I didn’t try another pizza our table got but others confirmed that pizza had a normal crust that was better than the El Diablo/Margherita) So i assume the Margherita/El Diablo combo pizza just had a bad crust. The Detroit crust was 🔥 but a different style. Overall a great spot and one of my favorites of all time. I haven’t tried a ton of places yet and look forward to getting into the high 8s and 9 locations.

The Detroit style was really good. Also tried the margarita. Crust had zero flop and flavor was good.

Great Atmosphere and we loved all the apps, but thought the pizza was just good.

Pizza had good crisp and great sauce, is this a pie I would make a special 1 plus hour trip for probably not, but if your anywhere close I would definitely give it a try.

Floppy a bit greasy. Ny style crispy bottom. Good sauce doesnt look like it has much cheese yet very cheesy. Decent flavor.

Looks amazing, but the undercarriage was too burnt, and had better at other places. Violet Stone is still the best in the area.

I tried the Olde World Style Margherita pizza and it was absolutely incredible. No flop, sauce was delicious and the cheese and basil were extremely fresh. Easily the best pizza in the Tampa area, a must try

Super legit. Had New York style last time and wasn’t impressed. Old world is far superior. 0 flop and crust was super light. Great pie
