Very good Greek style

Good taste. Crust is to chewy and the cheese is a little burnt

Good flavor. A bit doughy could use more crunch no flop but mainly due to thickness of the dough.

Crust a bit too spongy for my taste. But the flavor is very good.

If you could take the cheese from Bristol house and the crust from here, you might actually make out with something pretty good.
