Chose the “thin” crust to appease my wife, but next time i’ll get the thick or traditional crust. The pie had a zing to it. The employees are always pleasant and you can tell there’s a passion in everything they make. Side note - They’re Balsamic dressing is pretty amazing.

Went to the Italian takeout spot close to my new place in the South Hills for the second time in three days. I got some seafood pasta which was fuego, and tonight I got a large cheese pizza. The pizza wasn’t nearly as good, but still worth trying nonetheless. There was plenty of sauce and cheese on this pizza. I hate to say it, but it was a little overloaded. Some bites you get all sauce and the next it’s just a bunch of cheese. The crust was really good and the pizza didn’t flop at all. I’m definitely going to be a regular at this place, just not for the pizza.

A lot of flop Frankie. Crust had a good crunch. Not a bad pie.
