Alright Frankie… First thing that comes to my attention is the crispy thin crust. It’s almost flakey and buttery. Little bit of croissant vibes but it isn’t that flakey. Next thing that comes to my buds of taste would be the cheese blend. There is a pungent taste that you get maybe a provolone? There’s a lot of cheese on it, but that pungent flavor changes it up from just your average cheese blend. The sauce is very hard to recognize. Overall I like it. I like the crust the most. I’m not sure if the pungent cheese helps or makes it worse?
