Thick & Thin Restaurant & Pizzeria

Stevie Slice down in Florida for some sun. I took young Max to try this place . Pictures looked good and it was packed on a Friday night . The crust was ok. Crunchy but not a whole lot of taste. The pizza overall was very bland . No tang and the cheese was oily with no taste . Cheap cheese. This place is a Florida establishment, and it does well, but just one of those places that would not exist in New Jersey . It would be at the very low end in NJ .

Solid slice, Sicilian was also on point.

The best thin pizza in the game!! Nice inside and feel like you are loved when you are greeted. Love this place!! Dave must go!!

I arrived at 2pm on a midweek, and the place was packed.seems to have a following, mostly of seniors. 1. The price of a slice is presently $3.18. It is not real big, but the thick type of cheese they use makes it filling. 2. The dough was baked off perfectly. The sauce was a very good tasting recipe. 3. The slice had some grease dripping, which I faced downward and let it drip off. This does not bother me in the least. Some great NY pizzeria's also have grease coming from ( usually from the cheese) their pizza.

Best pizza in the USA. I’ve traveled the world and there’s nothing better than Thick and Thin. It’s always the first stop when I get to Boca.

Looks better than the score. Gave the Sicilian 6.7 and the round slice a 6.6. The Sicilian was underdone making it seem a bit doughy (saving grace here is the dough was light/airy rather than being heavy, which would have magnified it lacking crisp). A Sicilian slice should have a slight crunch imo. Other deductions were not enough sauce and could’ve also had more cheese. Taste was good though. As far the the traditional slice, again it lacked crisp resulting in too much flop - it should’ve been in the oven a bit longer. Unlike the Sicilian slice, had enough sauce, but similarly could’ve had some more cheese. The taste was there though. One last nit was had flour residue on bottom (this is something that could easily brushed off before being put in the oven. The day after I made some adjustments. I added olive oil to the bottom of both and put both in my oven. One additional chance to the Sicilian was adding sauce (had some already made for pasta a few days ago). This improved both scores as the olive oil gave more crisp(more do to Sicilian). Revised scores: Sicilian 7.4, traditional 7.0. If the aforementioned changes were to be professionally executed, I think upside is 7.5-7.8. May go back later in year to try the grandmas pie. Maybe some other menu items as well….. but not before maki g the rounds to 15-20 other establishments.

Nice crisp to it and the taste was excellent. Really did the grandma slice right.

I've ordered here many times and its always consistent. My rating is strictly for the Grandma Pizza, because that is what I order. I've had their round pie. It's a solid 7.7 and their silician is an 8.0

A very nice little place. Gives you the nice traditional Italian family vibes. This was very well put together pie. The sauce was really on point. The cheese was great as well. Could use a little more crispness and this pizza would be out of the park. Will absolutely be back for this and to try the Sicilian pie next. Definitely check it out!

This is a review on the sicilian style/ thick crust. Overall this was pretty good, a little too heavy for sicilian, but still good. Best part was it tasted better when I recooked it the 2nd/3rd day

Excellent crunch very thin pie. Solid flavor

Asked for well done, did not come well done. Tasted great but a little too chewy as there was zero crunch on the bottom crust.

The dough is fantastic for South Florida, excellent craftsmanship by the pizza man, great crust to pizza ratio, cooked nicely with a great crisp, no flop... the cheese and sauce were the downfall of this slice, a little too greasy... I suggest adding some parm cheese and red pepper flakes to amplify the flavors. BTW: great garlic knots and calamari! We will be back to try the Sicilian and other menu options. Thats a review.

Thin, crispy, nice undercarriage, not to much sauce so you don't get the slip and slide.

Little too much flop for my liking. Not bad by any means but way too doughy for being called “thin”.
