Follow-up review after wife raved about it. Had Modern in New Haven two weeks ago and she likes this better. Crust is thin, not crunchy, but holds up well. Not greasy. The cook is pretty much perfect, very slightly well done. The crust has a crunch, great crust. The cheese once again has a nice brown. The sauce is a little sweet. It’s a good slice of pizza. Not reinventing the wheel, very competitive for Maine
