Sauce was ok but dough was really crunchy, think the slice sat out for a little too long then reheated

Wow what a random but DELICIOUS find in my Bronx neighborhood. I ordered thru the slice app and got this beauty. First time I had ever seen a semolina crust!!! AMAZING, Crispy
