Tomatoes Apizza (Halsted Rd.)

Very very good. Crust could not be better. Sauce was good, needed a little bit more of it. Overall a great pizza.

For thin style pizza it has a very good flavor profile. The undercarriage is beautiful, with a chewy inside. Only downsides is the greasiness on the top and lack of crust stiffness. Very floppy and cuts are not traditional, expect a rectangular foot and a half long slice. Solid pizza 8.0, would recommend if in the area.

Pizza was excellent! Had a slightly charred crust, light and thin. Crispy with some chew! Pizza was cut a little crazy to one side had crazy long awkward slices and the other side has short slices. Definitely coming back
