Sauce is good cheese eh but dough has no back bone

First time here, happened to be passing by and was starving. Blown away! Had a chicken Parmesan and my wife had pepperoni squares, absolutely amazing. Fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be back.

I guess pretty good cheese and sauce coverage ratio to the crust. Low quality ingredients and poor char, can’t expect much more in this neighborhood. Plz turn up your oven temps folks, ConEd gas isn’t that expensive. Best thing about this place was how Bhai Amolak Singh would be envious af as everyone chowed down on this after smagam.
