Tonys NY Pizza

Basic thin greasy pizza. Got a bit of crunch to it but had a bit of flop as well. Crust was awful way too crunchy; couldn’t even finish the crust. Overall this pizza just isn’t getting me out of the bed in the morning.

Could be crispier on bottom. Everything else was good. Extremely solid pie.

Just solid pizza

Basic thin slice…needed a healthy dose of salt. Overall, not bad, but would be better with some salt. Did I mention it could use salt? 🧂🧂🧂

Solid pizza. Good sauce stomach doesn’t hurt I don’t feel too full. Good pizza to have a beer with. Solid Solid Solid

Second Tony’s I have visited recently. Another authentic NY slice. Another solid pizza restaurant in SW Florida.

Solid New York slice. Undercarriage was cooked well and was crispy. Minimal amount of grease commonly found with big New York style slices. Would definitely go back here!

I tried the bronx, Sicilian, and the BBQ Chicken. Sicilian was a 7.7, Bronx was a 7.3 and I was blown away by the BBQ Chicken which I rated an 8.1. Awesome pizza and awesome place. Reviewed the Oreo mousse dessert and gave it a 9.1. Phenomenal.

Great pizza good crust

Incredible detail on the chicken and sauce. Actual bacon. Slices of chicken like an Alfredo. CBR. Very tasty!

BIG flop. Very greasy. Good crust, and cheese to sauce proportion.

Pepperoni was floppy & chewy, Bronx pizza was excellent

Great pizza, very crisp crust, nice flavor on the cheese, sauce is good. Very good pie.

Very good margarita pizza. Minimum flop with good crunch. Had a tang in the sauce with the Buffalo mozzarella.

Ok Frankie...hell of a slice here...no flop, no grease and a picture perfect slice.That said I enjoy a bit more sauce and more taste in the crust. Overall way above average and my highest score yet.

As far as NY pizza goes in Southwest Florida, this isn’t a bad imitation. It’s thin and has a good flavor to the sauce and cheese. The flavor of the crust however leaves something to be desired. If the crust tasted like back home, this would get a bump up. Overall though, this would where I would go for pizza in Fort Myers.
