I don’t know Frankie, it came out a little too cool- like my bartender didn’t know it was done. The cheese didn’t stretch. The cuts were too clean. Like when you cut a cold pizza. The mozzarella was a little ricotta style (could feel a little graininess) and the tomato was really sweet. I’ll need more experience. The undercarriage and flop were right!
