One bite everybody knows the rules!!! There is a little flop, nice, thin, slightly charred undercarriage. A ton of cheese!!! But that's kind of expected being in Wisconsin. The part that gets me is the sauce. The sauce is incredible. Best tasting sauce I think I have ever had on pizza. It's honestly too bad that when Dave Portnoy was in Madison he wasn't able to go a little further out to some small towns! Normally gets cut into small squares I had asked for slices.2nd slice had time to cool down a bit and had no flop at all!!! 8.1 because it is the best hometown slice that you could get and I think it is worth traveling for!
