Tortorice's Pizza

I can see after several of these how much the bread plays a pinnacle part into the enjoyment of this pie. Cracker crust with a doughy interior the bar style slices make sense due to the floppy behavior. What drives this slice, is the incredibly tangy sauce used to smother the lid of this dish. Cheese also was okay, but started to sheet a bit making slice retrieval annoying. Over decent lunch pizza
