This is a classic thin crust wood fired cheese pizza. They use scamorza and grana padano cheeses similar to mozzarella and parmigiana. They cook the pie with good char and crisp crust but it has that wood fire flop. Great flavor and good atmosphere. Pizzas only come one size and is enough for one or two people. Definitely a place to check out.
