Finding great pizza outside the tri-state area can be a challenge, but Trulli Pizza and Pasta in Naples, Florida exceeded every expectation. This was, without a doubt, one of the most unique interpretations of Neapolitan pizza I’ve ever experienced. The dough was a masterpiece - perfectly cooked and remarkably airy, setting it apart from the traditional dense style - it was light, flavorful, and balanced. The sauce absolutely to die for, bursting with freshness and just the right acidity enhanced by EVO. The mozzarella, silky, rich, and perfectly melted making it the perfect complement to the sauce and dough, creating a harmonious trifecta of flavor. Trulli was "truly" good.
