Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria

Floppy. Soggy. Sat in the box a little too long. Charcoal bottom with tasty crust however. Could have used a little more tang in the sauce, but no grease and otherwise good flavor profile. It was good but missing the perfect oven to customer taste timeline to elevate this pie any further.

First review. Too high, wish i could change it to 7.2. Although, we all know the rules: it’s in the books. Solid Neapolitan.
