Uncle Giuseppe’s Wood Fired Pizza and Market

Good ingredients, but whoever made the pie needs some help. Very sloppy and nothing held together. Could be an 8, but just not cooked properly.

This is what we like to call fancy pants pizza, I like Neapolitan style pizza and this one is great, small family run joint with lots of food to buy in their market. Great crust, this and almost no Davis Island flop, the cheese is amazing and the sauce is a little on the sweet side. I love this pizza even though I tend to sway more towards NY style. 8.6 that’s a review.
