Uncle Joe's Pizzeria

Cheese was pretty good, crust a bit doughy, sauce not a ton of flavor. A good Friday night slice but nothing to blow you away.

Great blend of cheeses and sauce on their cheese pizza. Crust is tasty with great cornstarch texture. Pairs well with a Midnight Sun Oosik Amber beer. Cheers!
